  1. Students must be between the ages of 11 and 18 and in middle or high school by September 1 of the current calendar year.
  2. At least one of the student’s parents must agree with Bridges’ statement of faith.
  3. Both parents must be willing to abide by Bridges’ policies as explained in the Handbook.

Application Requirements

  1. Meet all eligibility requirements.
  2. Provide a completed application and a $65/family application fee by March 31, 2008. Registration days will be held March 12 & 15, 2008. Applications may be submitted after this date and should include an additional $75/family late fee. If you cannot register on either of the above days, please e-mail us for other arrangements.
  3. All fees are collected at registration. Fees include a non-refundable registration fee and a per class tuition fee.
  4. Enrollment is honored on a first-come basis. You will be notified at registration as to whether or not there is a spot available for your child(ren) and whether or not there is an available spot in your desired class(es). Current students are given an opportunity to re-enroll before open enrollment is announced. See re-enrollment guidelines below.

Tuition & Fees

Application Fee: $65/family
Late Application Fee: Additional $75/family (For any applications received after March 31, 2008)
Full year single day class: $265
Full year, twice a week class: $395

Discounts

If you sign up for 6 (six) or more classes, you will receive 10% of the total tuition. The six classes can either be met by a single student or multiple students from the same family.

A family may choose one of the following two payment options:

  1. Pay entire year’s tuition at registration and receive a 5% discount on tuition.
  2. Pay the registration cost and provide four equal checks for tuition (three of which are post-dated). Specifics are in the registration packet.

Fees collected are used to cover tutor costs, building expenses, administrators, cleaning, school expenses and other unforeseen operating costs. In order to make payments to tutors, facilities and to meet other financial commitments, tuition must be paid promptly. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Class Registration

Students may sign up for one or more classes. If there is a lab fee or prerequisite, it is noted in the registration packet. Students may drop a class and receive a full refund of class fee if the administrators are notified in writing within seven (7) days of registration. No other refunds will be given unless Bridges cancels the course. Materials and planning are based on registration; a student’s withdraw does not reduce the tutor’s or tutorial’s expenses. The application fee is non-refundable. Even if only student registers for a class, the class will run.

Re-enrollment

We plan to have a class list available by the end of December 2008 for the 2009-2010 school year. Re-enrollment for the next year must be complete by February 27, 2009. Re-enrollment requires a $100 deposit to hold your spot. This deposit will be applied to your tuition fee and is non-refundable. In order to receive a refund, the administrators must be notified in writing within seven (7) days of re-enrollment.  After the re-enrollment deadline of February 27th, open enrollment applies to all on a first-come basis. Although there is no application fee for re-enrollment, an application packet must be resubmitted.
